Ms. McDuffie was amazing and I really enjoyed this class! This class was very easy and I will recommend anyone to take her! I am a terrible writer ( I have improved since freshman year) but her grading style is very laid back. If you just talk to her and try your hardest in this class like any other class then you will pass!

McDuffie is very frazzled, and you don't know what to expect from her. She got mad at my class once and cut the class short (the entire class) because we didn't answer her questions the way she thought we should. Nice lady overall, but unstable class environment. One of the worst classes I've taken.

I was terrifed to take this class based on things that I heard, and becaue writting is my worst subject area. Mrs. McDuffie is EXTREMELY helpful. She will help with anything as much as you need it! She lets you revised everything but you finial project. Sh will look over your final project as much as you like though. She made the class ineresting!

Don't dare think about taking this woman. All the hype is just that -- hype. She can't seem to clarify anything and she doesn't spend enough time in class to get your money's worthy, And it takes her forever to return assignments.

She's a real piece of work! She draws you in with her sweetness and light, but soon her real spots begin to surface. She often gives very simple assignments and then has the nerve to call off class a lot. and this is a summer sessions. I Do not recommend Ms. McDuffie at all!

This class was a great deal: class was canceled about 3 times, practically every due date was pushed back, and it was relatively easy and interesting- my kind of class. Ms. McDuffie was tardy a good bit, but that works out well for those of us who are tardy too. She almost hit me with her car one time, but besides that she was a pretty cool lady.

This was a great class to take in the summer. McDuffie is really nice & VERY helpful. She made the class fun & much better than I expected. ONE error on a paper = C though, but you get to revise everything. If you want her to, she will look over every paper before it is due. U R crazy if u don't take this class with her! EASY S (Definitely S/U it!)

I went into this class dreading it, but it ended up being my favorite class of the semester. She is great - very laid back & friendly. Always pushes back due dates. Fast Food Nation is a really good book too. I think she grades medium on papers - not too hard, not too easy. Easy to earn an S if you S/U it.

I thought she was a good teacher. Not too hard but definitely not easy. Just do what is expected of you. I found that by writing my essays out before class helped a lot and increased my grades. If you need help, go see her. She's very easy to talk to.

Take McDuffie. She is an awesome professor. She is very laid back. I made an A in the Class during the summer. It is possible and she will spend as much time as you need to learn the information. She is also very nice to look at during class. Very Cute. Take her if you can.

not clear in her assignments at all, like she didn't have a plan for the class. she'd berate you for your opinoins, but, on a good note, still gave you the grade you deserved for your writing. however, she'd still act condescending towards you in class, and didn't offer much help outside the class time
