He rocks. He teaches the material very well and cracks jokes to make things interesting. He gives weekly quizzes so students have to study each week and wont fall behind. No midterms. He cares about the students and sometimes changes the quiz times in favor of the students.

Amazing dude. He doesn't lecture, he TEACHES. Knew nothing about physics prior to the class, he made it seem not easy but clear. Gave lots of hints as to how to solve problems. Quizzes and final exam from HW problems. Go to office hours!!!! Makes physics enjoyable. Great personality and knows the material front and back.

he likes to crack jokes during lectures. the material is hard, but he teaches it well. he makes it very very VERY clear whats going to be on the quizzes. there is a quiz every week. he is also very understanding. and it is easy to seek for help.

Physics for non science majors! He is a fun guy and does really cool demonstrations. make sure to pass the quizes because those add up to a midterm. In general, not a difficult class if you pay attention, attend, and do the practice problems correctly. VERY FUNNY guy.

As much as I like Norm, he's not the easiest teacher to learn from. He's great at connecting with the students, but I found myself skipping lectures because I learned virtually nothing in them. Read, do the homework, & Study your quizzes for the final and the curve should get you an A or B.

RUN!!!!!!!! Seriously, he doesnt do well explaining concepts at all, he's way too focused on making a stupid joke in class. TERRIBLE TESTS. His quizzes suck; he was better as a TA. I have to retake the class and I pray to God hes not the teacher!!!

he is such a great ta, very enthusiastic about physics, and will keep you awake in class. i knows what hes talking about and gets the class involved to make sure they understand the concept. maybe the course is just hard, but this is probably the best ta you're going to find anywhere.
