Awesome teacher. Makes the class very hard and makes you write out the complete energy balance every time you solve a thermo problem, but he is always willing to help. I was a EnvE taking ChemE thermo and got an A. Anyone who trys hard and does the work should get an A.

He's a great teacher, you wont watch the clock. He gives a lot of assignments but he has flexible office hours and is willing to help, which he does well. I finally understood what enthalpy and heat are; he pounds definitions into your head. Recommended!
