I've had Dr Miller for a few classes. The last one was the hardest. Intro to social Research. 10 page paper but the assignments are basically building your paper each week so it was not that bad. His feed back is pretty lacking. He doesnt give much. hes a nice guy though

I took SOCI4510 as an online class through TNEcampus. The professor had many assignments and was not willing to explain them or help students. Feedback is worthless, assignments made no sense, hard grader

Comment:

Intro to Social Research is an extensive reading and writing course. Each week there are required discussion posts, quizzes and assignments. Dr. Miller is fair and his final grading is based on a generous curve. Do your work and you will be just fine!

Extremely heavy load for an undergrad course. Very inconsiderate when emergencies arise. Does not provide constructive feedback, only vague comments. Does not provide guidance in his courses. Textbook he chose for class is so full of grammatical errors and typos it's difficult to read.

Extremely hard class. Fast paced. tons of reading and tons of work assignments and quizzes. Comprehensive final. Don't take it unless you are very disciplined and have a lot of time on your hands.
