Dr. Army is really good at teaching. Just go to her lectures, pay attention, take good notes, and do your homework. If I remember correctly, however, she is the only math teacher I've ever had that will take off points for grammar. Would've had 100% but got docked off points because I used a singular noun instead of plural...

SHES INTIMIDATING AT FIRST BUT TURNS OUT TO BE REALLY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL!!!! SHE POSTPONES HOMEWORK/QUIZZES/EXAMS IF SHE FEELS LIKE THE CLASS ISNT READY. SHE TELLS YOU EXACTLY THE WAY SHE WANTS YOU TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS TO GET FULL CREDIT. SHE GOES THRU ANY PROBLEMS YOU MIGHT HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THOROUGHLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

She does not explain to you how to do Maple assignments and other assignments and when you turn it in she gets mad and yells at everyone for doing it wrong when we were given no instruction. Try to take at a community college or get another teacher if possible. Lab also sucks, it not helpful but it is slightly better than Army.

I am a hardworking students who loves math and is on the verge of hating it because of this teacher. she is disrespectful talks down to you & makes you seem stupid in front of everyone when you ask a simple question. I failed my first test, even though I got every answer right, because I didn't circle my answers. DO NOT take this class here. I dropped to take at a community.

She is probably one of the worst Math teachers I've ever had. she cares more about you learning things her way than anything. if you get a right answer, it will most likely be marked wrong unless you follow the steps exactly her way. Her notes are fairly clear, and the MyMathLab assignments will really help keep your grade up. otherwise, good luck.

army is the most ignorant person i have ever met. she gets so defensive when you correct her during class. if you have a question, she will interrupt you and talk about the problem like, "how did you not know that?" . her grading is ridiculous. she takes off points if your work isnt in order. I would not recommend this professor to anybody. She does not teach the material. She expects you to just know it. If you ask a question, she will take the whole hour to explain it. Her grading is just horrible. You will lose points for the morst ridiculous things. Do yourself a favor and find a different professor.
