Ms. Hartnett is a nice lady and a good teacher. She may stumble a bit as she lectures, but as she gets comfortable (and if she is asked questions) she warms up and proves to be quite knowledgeable and articulate. She goes out of her way to be helpful and approachable, is a fair grader, and lays out concepts with clarity. Very polite as well.

Such a sweetheart, willing to do everything in her power to help you succeed in her class. Very good teacher, you read the book and don't get it, she teaches a class and suddenly it becomes clear, very effective. Wish all professors were like this one!
