Just a rude lady, is rude in emails and that's if she gets back to you. I thought I was the only one who had a very hard time with her but I guess not. Very unclear about some important parts of the class. Would have preferred a nicer professor. Took online Organizational Behavior with her.

DONT TAKE HER!! she is very rude to her students & doesn't do her job the way she should. It's our $ we are paying to learn & she doesnt deserve to get paid to log in every 2 weeks & not respond to her students concerns & ?'s. Once she knows you have issues with her she starts to grade you poorly. & she changes her grading 1 week b4 the term ends.

OMG! She is PATHETIC! She wants us to submit assignments online and doesn't care if the network is down and nothing can be done about it at the time! She's also way too demanding for 100 level class and her power point presentation assignments are ridiculously difficult and complicated! I have to warn you, don't ever take her class!

Summer 06-Mgr Comm and Spring 07-Org. Behavior,both online. She is terrible. She is very unlcear in her expectations and she is a very tough grader. I'm so glad I won't need to take her anymore. Take her online if need be. She sounds like a nightmare in person based on all these other reviews. But even online she has an attitude.

I had this professor for Managerial Communications... I agree with the poster who already stated that Prof. Laidler is a completely ineffective communicator. The objectives/expectations are not clear and make for a very confusing online class.

i dont think she has ever open, owned or operated or even considered any of the 3 in her lifetime. she is unbelieveably dumb in the subject matter. even other teachers agree - i dropped her class after 2 weeks with her and joined an other the next semester w a dif prof - - he was unbelievably good and actually knew what he was tlking abt.

Ironically enough, Mrs. Laidler is incompetent in her communication skills. She also takes a small, relatively simple course like managerial communications, and makes it so tasking and difficult it seemed like we were going through advanced physics with hours upon hours of work and research. Professor Laidler is very hard. However, she is the only professor that prepared me for the workload at a 4 year private university. She is very hard, but if you plan on going to a 4 yr school, take her!! She is very knowledgable, very smart. Beware- very hard grader!
