I LOVED Prof Rupert. She's very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from her class. She shows great videos of case studies and it helps a lot. It's definitely not an easy A, you have to study quite hard to get As. That said, it's really interesting material so it's worth it. There's easy in-class participation every day, a few tests, and one paper.

Rupert is a decent professor who clearly knows a great deal about psych . She's a sweet lady and her course was not challenging whatsoever, however, it was a bit dull at some points. Make sure you keep on top of when you have quizzes and she does do some random participation activities throughout the semester that you have to be in class for.

Prof Rupert is so cute and sweet! She has very clear grading criteria and it is not difficult to do well in her class if you try. The material is very interesting and i loved all the case videos we got to watch. I recommend taking abnormal psych with her.

Attendance is not mandatory, but there are many random participation exercises throughout the course. Roughly 8 quizzes(10 MC), 1 paper, and 3 exams(65 MC). A week before each exam she releases a study guide. As long as you go through this carefully, it's an easy A. Dr. Rupert is an amazing professor with plenty of experience.

She knows her material very well and can give great lectures about it. However, she spends alot of time reminicing about the old DSM-IV. Must do well on her quizzes so you must read the text well. Her exams are also probing so read and know the lectures well. She is a good professor overall but could perhaps evolve her lecture.

class is easy and fairly interesting but she is not a nice person at all. When you go to her office she is very cold and doesn't seem to want to help. She is supposed to be a psychologist but she is a pretty rude person. She also graded the term papers really harshly for no reason. Didn't appreciate her attitude whatsoever.

Solid choice for 306, 4 short HW assignments, 4 exams total and a paper. She is very clear about what she wants. The paper was no big deal, easy since you do it in drafts and get the drafts back with comments. Pretty much says exactly what she wants you to correct. Can lose points for small things on the HW. Go to class, do the HW and you'll be ok!

Go to class and dont just copy down her slides, listen to her and fill the slides in. If youre thorough with this you wont ever need the book although the book is very helpful. That being said, know EVERYTHING on her slides for her exams. Dont even look at the study guide just know all the slides. Fair exams, 5 quizzes drops one. My favorite class

One of my favorite professors; gives in depth study guides for tests, both quizzes and tests are very fair, but you do have to study. Attendance is mandatory because she does in class participation sheets that total make up 25 points of your grade. She also puts up her powerpoints before class so you can look at them beforehand. She's really nice

Dr. Rupert is a great prof. if you really want to get sth out of the class. She will teach you how to write scientific paper, help with homework and tests are not as hard as seem to be before taking it. Fair grader, but you can lose points on homework easily- so pay attention to details. Highly recommended, but a lot of work.

This class is extremely dull, but Dr. Rupert is an intelligent and kind lady. 4 tests (including final), 5 short assignments, and 1 research project (4 small drafts). The research project is decided upon by the class and she does all the statistical tests for you- you just have to write the paper. She does participation activities, so go to class!

She is very nice, slightly goofy, and very respectful of students' opinions. The study guides are LONG, but will adequately prepare you for the tests. Participation is important, so go to class! Dr. Rupert brought this class to life by incorporating her professional clinical experience into the lectures.

Awesome class. You have to do 3 response papers on "An Unquiet Mind," but they're short and spaced out, and the book is interesting. You don't need to read the book as long as you go to class and study. The videos during class were interesting and helped the time go faster.

Rupert is awesome. You get study guides. her tests are not comprehensive. going to class is a must, you have mini in class responses, you also MUST read the book to do well. which are super easy. and she has a powerpoint for each class. she is also a really sweet and wise lady. I would definitely recommend her. put the effort in, you will get the A

She's thorough and clear in her notes. You should read the book if you take her class. The study guides are five pages long, so my suggestion is to get a group together to split up the work. You have four multiple choice tests and one paper. She shows a lot of videos, which are helpful. Pretty straightforward class, but you have to study hard.
