Took an online course, and haven't met face to face, but based on his general banter/demeanor via video tutorials for class he seems like an alright guy. He's been very reasonable about me working a full time job and going to school and has been very responsive to emails when I needed clarification or corrections for errant homework/test uploads

Material was easy for me, and the myitlab interface was pretty straightforward. My only gripe, was his utilization of Blackboard was a little confusing, and the due dates often times did not correlate between blackboard and myitlab. Otherwise instructor responded to questions, and the work was pretty easy (for me at least).

Excellent teacher, if you are interested in Photoshop then take his online class. Very lenient on grading so long as you can show that you tried to do the assignment. Very helpful and at the end of the semester he is willing to make you a DVD of all the lessons for future use.

I took his Photoshop online class. He sends out a webcam video showing you how to do the chapters, which is very helpful. I found Photoshop hard to figure out at times, but Pat tries hard to help you out. He answers his emails right away and if necessary will make a special video just for you. I highly recommend taking any of his classes.
