Good luck. You're gonna need it. When he gets on a roll, he doesn't stop and it's not easy to follow. He's extremely intelligent, but not a great teacher.

Comment:

Professor is a nice man that tries to explain things and give examples. However, his lectures are extremely dry. He goes into issues that are irrelevant and highly technical and lectures a lot straight out of the statutes. I dread going to class, but it's not difficult and you don't get called on. Yet to see how the final will be.

Cox is a very intelligent man, but not a very good teacher. He lectures the entire time and reads from the statutes. His take home exam wasn't very hard, but it also wasn't easy. It took a lot of studying on my own to understand the material for the exam.

This guy's idea of productive teaching entails reading the Revised Uniform Partnership Act to the class for an hour and a half. And the take-home final couldn't have been more pointless.
