I dreaded speech like the proverbial plague. Dr. Crandon expected the class to be well behaved, but as long as we acted like decent human beings he was really cool. I loved his class. He made speech painless for me.

We did not learn what we should have in this class. Instead of learning how to write for PR we did focus groups and surveys and only had 3 days set aside for PR writing. How does that help us to be competitive in the real world. Crandon also lost it on a regular basis in class and he would change the requirements for an assignment midstream.

Dr crandon was a jerk. He is the worst teacher I have had here at UNA. He once went bi-polar in our class and yelled at a girl in our class because he didnt like her speech topic. He also threw temper tantrums in class where he would throw things. To put it simply he scared me.

Well you will do well if you know how to play the game. I actually had a classmate say to me "If you wear a short skirt you will get an A" and even though she rarely came to class and I know for a fact made lower test grades she walked out with an A in her short skirt.

I hate him. He is terrible. If you are a girl, you may get better grades than men. If you belong to a greek organization, you may also get better grades. He is absolutely not fair. Think about this. I don't recommend this class.

He seemed like he could have been a nice guy, but some days he would just go nuts and scream at us. Actually SCREAM. It was pretty ridiculous. One day he read the last year's student comments and went crazy on us about them. Easy class, but he's Dr. Jekyl & Mr. Hyde.

Dr. Crandon is very helpful I am not a greek nor was most of my class. He was very optamistic about his classes and wanted us all to excel. Good class and fairly easy.
