I cannot seem to understand how Paul Iyogun is a professor. He is late for class everyday and does not respond to a single email. He brushes off his responsibilities and DOES NOT help students at all. When asked if he will review a concept he will respond with a smile and a laugh and "You don't get it?" before he moves on and doesn't review it.

Very nice guy, always smiles but as for a professor...... He cannot teach Answers to problems are wrong Never answers emails Seems like he doesn't understand what he is teaching Doesn't answer questions because he doesn't know how to answer them himself

I have started attending his classes instead of my Prof who likes to hear the sound of his own voice in his fake British accent. Paul is genuine and nice. His exercise problems are amazing.

Comment:

As he goes through the problems, don't be surprised if he approaches you asking "do you have the answer?" (he doesnt).. He will close in on you and trap you in an African mind-riddle instead of answering your question.. Doesn't answer emails until 2:30am the morning of the final exam.. Errors all over the course-wide solutions.. The list can go on.

Comment:

My first meeting with PI was a feeling of warmth that I can't describe in words. The solution to any problem was just staring into his eyes. His soothing voice made an hour and 20 mins feel like a blink of an eye. Two classes a week weren't enough, I found myself reading his slides over and over, just trying to catch a glimpse of his thoughts.

Easy-ish class, Iyogun is completely useless though. Doesn't reply to emails, typos all over his PPTS and solutions, doesn't provide review classes. Basically the human version of doge, has no idea what he is doing (probably doesn't even know hes a professor).

Iyogun is the nicest prof ever but I have to admit he is not the best when it comes to lecturing. It is really hard to understand him in class sometimes. He does drop your two assignment marks if you get above 90 on both the final and midterm though so that`s always a nice consideration.

Great teacher! If you pay attention you will get use to his accent. He teaches you what you have to know and what will be tested, His examples are always very hard examples so wen it comes time to do the assignment, it's a piece of cake!
