He is very long-winded and boring.It is very hard to stay awake listening to his lectures. He has a strange sense of humor. I personally think it is time for him to retire, as he has been teaching at LU for over 30 years. He grades too harshly and his tests are nearly impossible to study for. As an A student his classes are the only ones I make B's

He is a great person. Loves history especially if it has to do with Europe mainly Slavs and Russian. For his exam you have to read all the chapters, go over notes. Study early for the map quiz and you can make a perfect score. What he teaches in class is really interesting. do the study quizes online, he sometimes chooses those as test questions.

Usually nice guy, but boring as can be. While he is very intelligent/educated in his subject matter, he doesn't convey material well. He gets going on details of stuff. Some of it's interesting, but you're thinking, "Who's he talking about again?" Majority slept thru class. Does not understand students' questions (rattles irrelevant responses
