Comment:

Despite his scar reminiscent of Mickel Gorbachev, Lund is an excellent teacher available for his students. He stresses what he is going to test and gives fair warning of the material to be tested. Teaching style is a lecture with limited socratic method. Coupled with slides and visual aides, this method is refreshing.

This class is hard by its very nature. Dean Lund effectively taught this complex subject matter. Great Professor, but not too great outside the classroom. In class, excellent.

Comment:

Very good professor who goes the extra mile to make sure students "get it." Understands that Civil Procedure is dull and tries to make light of it. Needs to better clarify what exactly is a model answer for his exams.
