Mme Smith was a great professor and I'm saddened to hear the comments here. I have gotten 3 degrees since leaving Tufts, and Mme Smith remains one of my most memorable, influential and life changing professors. She is an amazing prof. and person.

Comment:
This class was the bain of my existence. My french has literally gotten worse this semester. She is completely disorganized and the syllabus is essentialy useless after the first week. She gives out an obnoxious amount of hand outs that are nearly all useless, all huge, and all printed single sided-SO many trees died in vain for this terrible class

She is a great professor, and although she is a little disorganized, she knows waht she is talking about. she is always interested in helping out her students and brings a lot of materials into the classroom. One of the best teachers at Tufts

Comment:
This French class was WAY too easy, but it's the lowest thing if you are exempt from French. So...Mme Smith is REALLY disorganized. It's not hard to get an A though, and she's smart and very nice.

I was very interested in the subject matter before I took her seminar; now I have virtually no interest in it. Mme. Smith is VERY nice and sweet and SO DISORGANIZED! You will do the reading and never discuss it because the lecture has so many tangents.

Took her Africa in Text and Film class. She is a very very wacky lady. Expect to be lost most of the time as far as the syllabus. I've determined to just kind of go with the flow of class as it is very disorganized. She is enthusiastic, fun and seems to know a lot about the subject matter.

She's crazy and who knows what she's talking about, but her class still manages to be interesting.
