He sucks. Plain and simple. He wasn't even here for half the semester and the times he was all he talked about was Apple & bashes Microsoft (he denies it though) He doesn't discuss anything that relating to the chapters. Do not take this mofo if u can help it!

The quizes are impossible. But he does use the same questions for every semester. My suggestion is find someone who already took the class and ask them for they're old quizes. If you just study the questions you should be good. With the quiz grades out of the way the rest of the class is a peice of cake.

Comment:

Peter Cook's quizzes every week were not the least bit helpful to the midterm and finals. His questions were very specific and detailed-- you would probably have to read each chapter (and memorize it!) atleast 3 times before getting over an 85% on any of them. He doesn't discuss in class what is actually on the quizzes at all. Terrible.

As you can see, people were sleepin in his class..coz he love to mention his wife all the time.-_-!!and he doesnt really teach. people got quiz every single week and u have to study 30 pgs for a quiz!!

He is incredibly boring and has a difficult time sticking to the material. Midterm and Final consist of essay questions that have absolutely nothing to do with what you are supposed to learn in class as well as multiple choice that are extremely specific. Lab = easy, lecture = tedious and annoying
