If you do more than simply meet him on campus and have a quick chat (i.e. attend his classes for several years) you will come to view him for what he is: relatively good teacher, yet as as a program director and individual, a hypocritical man that keeps a grudge. The program's management under his watch should be more closely looked-into by McGill.

Met him at Macdonald Campus, where he is at the head of FMT program. Proactive, non-nonsense approach to teaching.
