Quite simply the best professor at U of Miami. If he doesn't open your eyes to importance of the Middle East and make you want to change your major, you've got no passion. His assignments are difficult, but fair. He is very open to suggestions.

Unfortunately he isn't teaching at UM anymore and that is a shame b/c he was by far THE BEST prof i've ever had at UM in any department. I won't lie it was a very demanding course but he is such a great teacher -- not one boring moment -- he captures the class' attention and is very interesting and motivating -- not a harsh grader either. A+ overal
