Hes not a bad teacher, his exams are very fair in my own opinion, there are no surprises on them. On his 2nd and 3rd exam they include 1/3 of the EXACT questions on previous ones.

Unclear in everything he does. His tests are the worst I've taken, simply because he doesn't know how to make them. My class literally spent an hour arguing with him about certain questions, because the guy would put three right answers for questions.
