Peter is a great prof who is very passionate about the subject. However, he does tend to read off the the slides which can make the class rather boring. As well I have not seem him take attendance. Although, Peter is clear when he is outlining tests, papers, and group projects. He also encourages class discussion! Good prof but boring class.

Dont bother with the book. Hes a super nice & easy prof, but being in this class is like watching paint dry. Esp if you take the 3 hr one. 1207 is easily the most boring class Ive ever taken. Its not rly his fault, its the class itself, as he does have an interest in the subject cause his background is in it. But yeah, just be prepared for boring

Peter is a really good guy. Fair Marker, just read his notes and powerpoints and you will be prepared for both midterms. Also, there is no multiple choice and it is all short answer. Great group project that is straight forward and easy to do. I recommend taking his class.

Peter is a great professor, he is passionat about what he teaches. But if you're not actually interested in the class I wouldn't take him, he actually expects you to think not just repeat whats in a text book.He is a very intelligent person and one of my favorite professors at kwantlen.

Peter is an interesting teacher. He isn't overly difficult, but is very picky on grammar, syntax and sentence structure for the written assignments. He assigns 2 "reflective journals". Ask for clarification on the criteria for those unless you want a bad mark, because he is a bit hazy with them.

One of the greatests profs in the criminology dept that is passionate about criminology and law.Very knowledgeable about crim 2341.Courages students to their full potential.only One of many profs that actually influenced me positively about criminology and law. wish he taught more classes & should replace the other discouraging profs!

He's a great teacher. he's actually a lawyer and knows his stuff really well. He is able to tell you first hand stories and experiences from teh court room. Very hard teacher though, the material is tough but he explains it really well. you just have to make sure you show up for class and pay attention

This class was a joke. Never understood what was going on no matter how attentive I was. His hair is very distracting. He babbles - ALOT and goes easily off topic. Don't take this class with him - Waste of time & money.

He isn't organized at all, Our textbooks did not arrive until week 8!!! And when they did arrive, half the pages were missing! On top of that we were scheduled to do an exam the following week, but on what?!?! He didn't teach us anything!! The only good thing about him is... he tells us what we should expect marking wise... that's it!

He's a vey good teacher...Took him twice and would take him again...His notes are OK and could be boring at times but his exams are easy..tells you what's going to be on them...study his study guide you'll pass for sure...2 mid terms, a paper, participation, and a final worth 10%...take him...highly recommended.

Good prof. He's a lawyer so he knows what he's talking about. Before I took him, I was confused about cdn crim. justice, but after, the confusion is GONE! Even a dumbass would understand his clear explanation every class. Exams are fairly easy. If you study his study questions, you will pass GUARANTEED!!!

Notes are chicken scratch and the book is complicated as hell. But he is VERY fair on tests, tells you what to study for and marks the paper fair also. 3 exams, paper, and participation. Highly recommended!

Awesome teacher, nice guy. Very helpful and clear. Midterm, paper, final, participation. Gives you many options of getting in touch with him if your having trouble understanding the material. I highly recommend him; if you want to learn and if you want a teacher who is interested in your opinion.

Amazing teacher. Notes are crap. But he teaches with a passion. He is a lawyer, he doesnt need the money he teaches for the love of it. The guy has over 100 suits. Best prof ive had in kwantlen. (Will sometimes be late for class because he has to come from court in vancouver)

this guy is so boring... his lectures are like nap time. i cant imagine how he is in court. albeit he is a nice guy, but DONT TAKE HIS CLASS!!! i'm warning you... hes a really picky marker... he wants a lot of detail. his notes are chicken stratch, and they are few and far between. poor poor prof!

Highly recommended, he's a lawyer aside from teaching at Kwantlen so you know he doesn't teach for the money. I probably learned more from him in one class than any other class in two years at Kwantlen.
