Comment:

Probably one of the rudest human beings I've ever had the chance of meeting. He's obsessed with Capsim, so make sure you do well on the project with your group. I would look up videos on YouTube if you're having trouble with it, because he doesn't help at all... and he will go out of his way to embarrass you during your Capsim presentation.

He won't try to help you the way you want him too. If you need help doing something, first try to do it on your own so you have "proof" that you tried to do it, then email him for help. TAKE DETAILED NOTES ON THE BOOK, AND HAND OUTS, and you should be fine for exams. He's not as bad as these reviews say he is. You just have to work harder for it.

My group made the highest stock price in the mandatory simulator. He discriminates against women and the disabled. The tests are mainly true/false and he doesn't prep you for them. When it comes to learning, his material is outdated. Take literally anyone else. Oh and some assignments are only available online for 5 hours. so good luck with that.

Worst professor I've had at this University. Doesn't really teach and he's a "read the book" kind of person. 3 exams of nothing less than 80 questions. Missed one class and turned in all assignments and still made a D. Almost didn't graduate thanks to him. If you are about to graduate take another professor or you will be super stressed. AVOID HIM.

Absolutely the worst professor I have ever taken. He is extremely unhelpful and is incredibly rude to students. His exams are a minimum of 80 ambiguous questions. Although he does give extra credit on the exams passing is very difficult. He takes off like 3 points every time you don't go to class and the best thing to do is to turn off your phone!

Worst professor I've ever taken! He is a professor who only helps males. Whenever I would go ask questions he would say read the book or ask your classmates (Even if I came in with a question from the book). My guy friends however, would get help. If you didn't pass and you take his class your adviser understands why you didn't pass.

Oh man, this guy. At first I enjoyed his passion for teaching, but that wore thin after the 15th time he was just posturing to make his students sound stupid. I can appreciate wanting to make your students think, but all he did was make us think so he could tell us why we were wrong.

He has the experience and expertise but does not share it with his students. He waves it in the student's face and gets a kick out of students that try to grab it. His way of teaching is outdated, dated from 2002 at the latest. If this were the 90's he'd be top notch. Don't bother challenging or sharing new, creative ideas; they will be wrong.

Not very clear, tests are hard, final was the hardest test I have ever taken. Do not be tardy or use cell phone in class, he will take points off your grade and not tell you until its too late. Simulation is interesting, just read everything and make sure you understand it. He does care, just has an odd way of implementing it. Take another teacher

Absolutely the worst professor I have had. He talks a lot of smack about "important" info, but doesn't teach you anything. The presentation at the end of class he grills you like Simon from American Idol. The first test the highest grade was a B, and that was WITH a curve! Ridiculous!

Take a different professor. The tests are semi-straight forward questions (50% MC and 50% TF), mostly from the book and lecture slides. However, you learn NOTHING from the class. It's all PHILOSOPHICAL NONSENSE that will no help you get a good grade; the final project is awful and he GRILLS you at the end and does his best to make you look stupid.

by the far the worst professor I have had in my 4 years at SFA. DO NOT TAKE. "entertains questions" but will roll his eyes, tell you to recall a lecture from months prior and then never answers it. kept me from ever asking a question even in the confidence of an e mail or in his office.

He does not give you any help whatsoever!!! Take Scifres. My group and I spent almost 7 hours on the final project and only got a 48!!!! What the hell???? He accused 3 groups of price fixing and took away their bonus points. This man gave me many headaches. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROFESSOR!!!!!

Stetz cares about his students, however does not know how to implement it. Lectures are impossible to follow and vague. If you can catch some of it, you will learn alot. You will have to learn most everything on your own. Make sure to read the book on reserve.

This prof has the best business savvy in the whole dept!! His lessons are interesting, exciting, and motivating. He is not one of those "out of the books" idiots. I liked how he curses at the class it makes it fun. definately take this class or his policy class.
