It's too bad that Professor Weeks retired, because he was by far the best professor I have ever taken. His class could be a little more difficult than others, but I truly felt as if I learned a lot in his class. He was definitely a great professor and I would have loved to take more of his classes!

Dr. Weeks is by far my favorite history professor. Lectures with him were more like story telling then anything else. He's since retired, but I'm still crossing my fingers he'll come back part time before I graduate!

He is one of my Favorite professors. He teaches history like a story teller around a campfire. His only flaw is that he has a little conservative bias in his teaching, but I am very liberal and it didn't bother me really. He is pretty laid back. his tests are very easy. No papers or essays, no homework. have to read a little.

Dr. Weeks is one of the best profs. I've ever had. He teaches the material like he is recounting a story. I would take him for any course, any subject. The tests are more difficult than one would expect, but if one reads the material assigned, and goes to class, they're easy. Do yourself a favor and take Dr. Weeks.

Mr. Weeks is a great professor. His tests are a tiny bit harder (fill ins) but they weed out the slackers. The only bad thing about his class is that if you miss five minutes of class, you probably missed an exam question. Everything on the test is said during lecture. Show up and you will get an A or B! His dry sense of humor is hilarious to me.

Dr. Weeks is a phenomemal teacher. History comes alive and relevant during his lectures. Anyone who writes that this class or exams may need to evaluate whether they should be in college. Show up to class and do some light studying and you'll do well. Thanks Dr. Weeks for the inspiration.

His little "fireside chat" style lectures were an interesting way to hear a tale, but the difficulty level of his exams in no way matched their level (Freshmen, lower division). "Ultimately" (his most favorite over used word), this class was a failure simply because the exams seem completely designed to make students fail. Bad professor.

Encourages students to drop the class, not to help the students out, but to make himself look better. Class is HARD, his tests are VERY detail oriented. Good Luck!

I had NO interest in American History until I took his class. I felt like he was just telling a story. I was so in to it. I almost changed my major. Now 8 years out of college I'm still a history buff thanks to him.
