Awesome professor. Laid back, makes funny comments and jokes. While statistics lectures can only be so interesting, he explains material well and tests directly on what he teaches in class. I also took stats as a 2nd semester senior for my math requirement and he was very generous in grading as to ensure I would graduate on time, haha

One of the nicest guys there is. Lectures were extremely boring, aside from the occasional hilarious joke. If you can focus though, he explains the material well. Tests were very fair. Also very helpful outside of class.

Comment:

Such a nice professor, he was willing to meet with me on a weekly basis and go over the materials. It was a tough class and I failed each test and homework assignment but he gave me a C- so I could fulfill my math requirement. Classes aren't bad, he tries to keep them interesting, he brought in Italian breakfast pastries for us once. You MUST take at least 1 class with Professor Brown before you graduate. Most genuine professor here.

Professor Brown is such a sweet man. He makes the funniest jokes you would never expect from an old guy! His class isn't too bad when you go along in the book. His tests and quizzes are almost always curved :)

Professor Brown is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His door is always open and if you go to his office hours he will sit down and help you solve every one of your homework problems. He also curves almost every test and quiz, including the final exam.

Since he doesn't believe in calculators,quizzes and tests consist of simple numbers.If you know your material it should be easy.Apple cider and Krispy Kreme donuts for Halloween.He's really chill, and if you happen to miss a quiz he will let you take it over as long as you EMAIL.Very helpful.
