Dr. Holley is a great teacher, but his curriculum development is questionable. His tests are extremely hard, and his research paper will make you want to slice your wrists. You will learn, if you listen to him though.

Do not take any course with this professor! He is a hateful, pompous, old man! I took his intro to sociology class, and wanted to drop it within two class sessions. His tests are extremely difficult,all short answer, and some long answer. Also,he doesnt give reviews! Do not take him! Avoid at all costs!

Dr. Holley is an interesting cookie. I don't think he makes him classes hard. Students make the class hard on themselves by not attending class or waiting until the last minute to do everything. He expects the best out of his students and will truly give you grades you deserve. He grades tough, but he has good reason. Work hard, you'll do fine!

Not the kind of teacher you would hope for, sometimes his classes are funny. I have a lecture class with him and he stands up there and talks for three hours straight. Talk about a trooper!
