He retired but comes back to teach History of Modern France. He should not be allowed to teach because he only comes in to class to listen to himself talk, never answers questions (the rare 3 that were allowed to ask), always goes over by 10 min, and his take home final was more of a reasearch paper and we only had about 3-4 days to finish it.
