Dr. Weng is very very hard to understand the first day, but I understood him much better the next class & forward. You may not realize it, but he tries to memorize your name & face. There are only two tests & they are open book, online, & outside of class. The class is very easy & he just reads from a screen every day. Also, no class on Fridays. :)

Sure, Dr. Weng can be a little hard to understand at times, but he's always willing to clarify if you need it. Don't hold his accent against him, he's very knowledgeable and he's sympathetic if you need help.

I was worried about this class prior to taking it, but he made it very clear that he wants you to succeed and he seemed genuinely happy to be in class, which was nice. Exams were not easy, but not impossible by any means. If you pay attention you can understand him just fine, he gets his points across pretty well. Overall, pretty good prof.

Professor has a poor handle on the English language. Attempts to ask questions about assignments were responded to rudely including refusals to answer questions and direct insults. As a bonus, students learn almost nothing useful in the course.

Awful. Need to be an international student to understand. Don't try taking a web class with him and have a career. He doesn't work with you at all in schedules, and you have to go there to take the tests.

This class was a good introduction to Env. Mdling. He is easy to understand. Regardless of other comments, his English is fine. His teaching method is sound, and I leaned a lot in the class. The lab exercises were vague at times, but overall a good class
