Dr. Craft is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. She takes what could be an awful class and makes it fun! Test formats are a little weird and when she says know the brain diagram she is serious. The true and false questions on the exams are directly from the beginning of the textbook chapters. Seriously awesome class.

I really did enjoy Craft and this class. The topic was engaging, and she had massive amounts of experience and research anecdotes to share. However, my biggest complaint is her tendency to simplify. I asked questions regularly, and she'd frequently give me the most basic answer in a mildly condescending manner. Small detail, but kinda bugged me.

I loved this class, Dr Craft is great. Even though it was pretty difficult, I still managed a good grade. Definitely show up. You don't really need the book but it did help with clarification in studying for exams!

This was an extremely interesting class. I learned a ton! You don't need the text book at all, her lectures are very straight forward and clear, and all of the questions on the exam are straight from the lectures. So as long as you go, you'll get an A, plus she drops the lowest exam grade.

Dr. Craft is really a great professor. Her lectures are clear and her exams are fair...you can't really ask for much more than that. You should get the book for the T/F questions (they are directly copied), but I never read the chapters and got an A. Very interesting class and a ton of extra credit (25 pts)! Take this class with her, lots of brain!

awesome teacher! go to class, and if you miss class find someones notes. offers 25 pts of extra credit but you have to earn it. study the brain at the beginning of the semester and UNDERSTAND it... it makes things sooo much easier later on.

Awesome class! She's an amazing professor and extremely interesting. She knows her stuff, and is willing to research questions you ask her. Highly recommend this class to everyone. It's a pretty easy class if you're willing to put time into it, and show up to class most of the time.

Interesting but hard class. Get the notes if you miss class because tests are mostly based on them. Dr. Craft is funny and interesting and she knows her stuff. Psych majors or anyone interested in drugs will like this class

Dr. Craft loves drugging up and taking advantage of rats, but is nevertheless an extremely competent teacher with an ample grasp of her subject. I especially love her scientific background. Although teaching a Psychology class, their is nothing wishy-washy about it. I recommend her for anyone!

class is not as hard as people on here say it is. I am not very good when it comes to science and I thought it was easy. Go to class, take notes, study an acceptable amount of time, thats it. Her notes go right along with the studyguide, helpful and easy.

Needed 1 pt for an A, didn't get it. Psych is not my major and the only reason I did poorly was one test was just after spring break and my 21th birthday so I got a C. On the other two I got A's. As for the class there is too much information.

My favorite class at WSU. Be prepared to study, it is a hard class. the tests can be confusing, be prepared to match brain area, neurotransmitter, drug, and characterstics of affected area. That matching part is the hardest and what I always lost points on. She gives great examples and it is very interesting learning about what drugs do to you.

GREAT CLASS! I have no complaints about the teacher at all, the only difficulty I had was the tests. Questions could be a bit tricky, but not impossible. The brain was a HUGE part of the tests; be sure to be able to match drugs - effects - area of the brain and be able to locate. Definitely interesting class! BOOK WAS NOT NECESSARY FYI

Rebecca is very helpful and clear on what she wants the students to understand. Many psych students have trouble with her class because it is mostly Neuroscience based. If you do not get Science, you will not like this class. But if you are interested in learning about what drugs impair what, take this class. Its better then I thought it would be.

OMG loved this class, shes the perfect person to teach it, lecture was always fun, lots of student participation, class was hard, would be no matter who the teacher was however she found ways to make us laugh and smile. If you have to take 372 take it from her.

She picks the most random stuff for quizes and exams and once you miss one question, there goes your whole grade. No room for mistakes! Never take this class from her. Nice prof but horrible class... Wish I never would have signed up for it. Seriously, I have NEVER studied this hard and had so little to show for it. She seems to purposely make the questions highly ambiguous to trip students up. Again I repeat, do NOT take this class from her. Trust me.

Hard. A lot of basis on science and physiology. However, Dr. Craft is intelligent and interesting and always willing to help. You will def. learn a lot. But if you want an easy science elective, take the nutrition class.

psych 265 is NOT hard! if you have any prior knowledge at all you can eaisly get A's. non-science majors may have a rough time, but they shouldn't if they study. craft is excellent, and the class is pretty rad too.
