nice guy, might seem sort of out of it sometimes, but don't be fooled he knows whats going on. talk to him outside of class if you need help. hopefully you've already taken calculus, though, or good luck getting a good grade. his examples are ridiculously complicated, but partial credit on problems on tests and quizzes is given out right and left.

He is a VERY intelligent Dr. and knows his information. He often works too fast, but when he notices the class's skills, or feels that people aren't keeping up, he slows down and makes the work more reasonable. He's ALWAYS willing to help.

he's a really nice guy who is very passionate about calculus. the first day of class he wore a shirt that said "peace, love math" but i lost him quite a bit, he works very fast. when he realized the majority of us were failing he made quizzes take homes and everything just became easier, he helped us out even on the final for a better grade

Hes an engineer, not a math teacher and hadn't taught this class before. He also wasn't used to teaching undergraduates and was hard to udnerstand. Wouldn't recomend taking calculus with him.
