Loved him! So funny...I wish he wasn't retiring because I would definitely take his class again in a heartbeat. He gives quizzes weekly, but if you go over your notes from class, the quizzes are a breeze. Great teacher passionate about what he does. Willing to help whenever you need it.

ralphie is one of the best professors i have ever had. his class was tough, but if you work hard and go to him for extra help your grade will reflect that at the end of the semester. he is so funny and lectures were always really interesting!! def a hard class but if you have to take 101 take it with him!!

He's a very nice and funny man who is more than willing to help you oustide of class if you need it. However, he can be quite hard to understand in class and he often contradicts himself. Quizzes can be very difficult and I never did as well on the tests as I thought I was going to. But, if you work hard, you'll do fine.

please i beg of you, take no class with this man anywhere near it. You will work harder and write more papers than you would in most english classes. Unfortunately you will still get a C on most everything you do..it's inevitable. Stear clear of this man's science courses

This man is ridiculous. I worked the hardest that I have ever worked in my entire life and could barely receive an A on assignments. He has at least 3 writing assignments a week and is the most ridiculous grader. He is there to help you but even with his help, he gives you a bad grade. I never want to take another science course bc of him.

He's great for students trying to get rid of science requirement. He knows within the first month who is actually reading and trying so he will definitely call on the slackers in class. If you're having trouble he will help you out a lot and cut you some slack with your final grade, but you have to work for it and show you're trying.

I can't believe this mean spirited professor is still teaching. Maybe he has mellowed in his old age, but he was one of the worst bio teachers I ever had. He would humiliate people in class without even realizing it. Think Napoleonic complex.
