prob one of the most boring teachers you will ever have..but what political science class is fun anyway. he cracks some jokes but unless you like politics you wont understand them. his tests are simple cause they are literally STRAIGHT from the book. he truly cares about his students and if they pass. I def would recommend him for POLS 1101!

Dr. Walker is a fairly nice guy. His class is very boring, but you have to keep in mind that it is political science...if you READ and PAY ATTENTION to what HE PUTS ON THE BOARD then the test are easy. Good luck!!!

boring teacher talks really soft and lo so its hard to understand him.write down every single thing he puts on the board pay attention the tests come straight from the book. if you're good at note taking and studying the you will be fine.

Professor Walker is a really nice guy, and has a lot of interesting stuff to say. He can be a bit boring at times and is big on attendance. If you read the book and sincerely try you will come out with a fairly good grade. Its political science its interesting to those who like it, but Dr. Walker will at least help you appreciate its importance.

Dr. Walker is pretty boring, however the class was pretty easy. Just know the key terms and stuff he writes on the board and you should be fine, but do study. DON'T be late. He hates that. He has a seating chart which I found a little strange, but I suppose it's a time saver since he has to take attendance.

Wow, I had to study so much for this class. Really nice guy, but has a seating chart and is very strict with attendance. I made an A, but i studied for his test all day. I think if you are willing to give a hard working effort then you will pass, I guess that is what it is all about!

A half-hearted effort will result in a decent grade, but this course is easy to fail if you are a poor student. He knows his stuff and knows when you don't. If I email a technical question on a phrase of the us constitution or an amendement, he answers my question as soon I get to class. He knows his subject. He is a fascinating lecturer. I count myself as fortunate to have gotten him as my teacher.

He's a fairly easy professor to take. His lectures come straight from the book, as do the tests. There are only 4 tests, so if you fail just one, good luck getting an A. Otherwise, he's a nice guy, and is very knowledgeable. He gives tests back quickly, and will answer any questions you have.

It's hard not to like the guy and his lectures do follow the text. The fact that he lectures word for word out of the book kind of defeats the purpose of even going to his lectures. If you read the book you will make A's on his tests. Boring.. but you get the grade that you need to keep that GPA up.
