Randy is very demanding. He will collect homework and count it as a test grade and he will assign alot possible probelms that he may or may not collect. However, he is always very helpful and will spend time with you as needed. Very easy to understand.

Belittles everyone. Very good at making you think he's listening. Often makes fun of students, but because he smiles and seems happy, many people don't realize he's putting them down. Despite other post, final was in fact strictly memorization of impertinent material. Labs are just useless.

Always helpful, but will challenge you to LEARN the material not memorize patterns or recipes. One of the most knowledgable professors i've had. Will give all the help you need as long as you don't wait till the last minute.

Not helpful during the quarter. He missed three weeks of class from being out of town. He had a chip on his shoulder the final week of class and made the final nearly impossible. Never around for office hours.
