Comment:

Both grading and teaching HORRIBLE. Entirely textbook-based with no video tutorials on how to do assignments/understand concepts. Even the posted lecture notes were similar to a textbook. Completely self-taught. The prof. is useless. Doesn't teach at all.

Comment:

Not a bad class but he was not timely in grading work. He took 3 weeks to grade first project. 10 wk class with 10 projects due and nothing occurred the 1st two weeks. Then 3 weeks before the end of the semester he gave dates for final 5 projects. Very poor details for what was due when.

Comment:

Photoshop: The book, Photoshop CC: Visual QS Guide, is horrible. Assignments are instructions on how to complete tasks: masking, layers, etc. They're written to accommodate multiple PS versions, so it's easy to become confused. Weekly "lectures" describe industry developmentstechniques. Weekly quizzes are Q&A posts completed by teams.

Comment:

This is an online graphics course, but the course materials are all Text based. For example an assignment will have 30 steps of text based instructions with NO screenshots or video demos. Unless this course is required you may want to teach yourself or go to an Adobe seminar or fins a course that provide video instruction modules.
