Dr. Dyer was the best professor for Tech Comm. She gave barely any work and the majority of the quarter was spent working on an easy group project. Class was an easy A as long as you showed up to class, paid minimal attention and did the little work that she assigned.

Dr. Dyer is a really sweet person. She does a great job teaching her students how to write, using a multitude of examples for each essay that she assigns. She is also very willing to help you out. If you want an A, you can easily get it. I would highly recommend her for any course that she offers; you'll actually learn something! 9/10

Class interaction was great. She stimulated discussion, never forced anyone to speak and had material prepared anyways. Decent amount of reading but you can get by if you know what's going on in the books. Just read handouts and pay attention in class. Decent amount of documentaries too. Great feedback on papers and helpful.

She gives really good feedback on essays, but it's really hard to stay awake in her class. She is really boring, and her voice is really quiet. And it didn't help that the course was two hours long. An easy B to B+, have to work for an A obviously. I didn't hate her, but I wouldn't recommend her if you like Literature.

Dyers class is the easiest rhet comp that u can take.All u do is read stories and write for papers which she gives a lot of time to do.She does grade kind of strict when it comes to the papers which i think is stupid since this is a rhet comp class and most of us will never write again.Easy to get a B, even the kid that never came got a B in the cl

I'm actually enjoying the class after not expecting to. I had heard bad things about Rhet-Comp in general, but this prof makes sure our discussions about the readings are very analytical and thought provoking. I like the type of readings she comes up with too. Not bad for a Rose HSS class!

Intro to Film is a very easy class. All we do is watch 10 movies. They are actually decent movies too like The Godfather and Traffic. We write 1 paper and there are 2 essay test. She gives a hand out with 20 questions over the material covered and 4 of those questions are on the test.
