she is sweet, at first. never had a teacher that is so bipolar... one minute she is so nice and the next she flips out on you. she does not know what she is doing, and i haven't learned ANYTHING in her class! i would say avoid taking her, but there is no getting around her because she's the only teacher that teaches this. good luck

She seems like a nice lady at first, but watch out, she'll bite you in the ass later. You pretty much work on one project the ENTIRE semester(boring). I didn't learn a single thing about residential design. Don't buy the textbooks. This class was time consuming and expensive. Not worth the frustration, but I got a good grade anyway.

The worst teacher I have had thus far...perhaps even the worst person I have ever encountered in my life. She has impossible expectations for her students, and offers no helpful guidance. Avoid at all costs...or you will suffer!!!

She is very creative and teaches a good class. Although hasn't yet gotten her "teaching style" down she pushes creativity! How can you go wrong with than in an interior DESIGN class? Loved the class, not so much her personally but have much respect for her.

If she likes you then you will be okay in her class. She will help you only if you work hard and pay attention and have things in on time. If you have a positive attitude she helps you and can do well in her class. It is very demanding and takes a lot of time but so do all the AMID classes

Ms. Sweet is a very demanding professor, but her goal is to get you to push your ideas as far as you can and "think outside the box". If you attend class, do your work, and display a positive attitude and good craftsmanship, you will be fine.
