Reggie is the nicest woman in the world! If you are nice and try to connect and converse with her, you will love her too! She is very helpful as long as you attend class and put in effort. She gives her students a lot of independence, so anticipate that she won't hold your hand through the class. But if you're struggling of course she'll help you.

She has interest in the programs just not in the correct versions. She shows her favoritism. She gives up very easy when helping students, had to look up a tutorial online to figure out how to do something that she was trying to teach in class, she wasn't willing to look it up herself. I would recommend if need be taking her classes in the summer.

She knows what she's talking about but she doesn't know how to say it. Her constant umm, ahhs, and pauses are frustrating because you just want her to get the word out. She does help you if you need it but once on her bad side, you'll stay there.

Agree with previous, if you're smart get on her good side and stay there. She's a "tough love" prof. If you're a good student, she'll be a good mentor. I was a print journlsm major, and she did more for me than my adviser. She helped me get an intern and prepare to work in the real world. You won't survive in this field if you can't survive her.

She is a very busy person, however, if you need help she is available. She has a lot of experience in what she teaches and knows what she is talking about. She expects her students to work hard, this is college after all. I highly recommend taking her classes.

Reggie gives students more opportunities than any other professor that I know. If you are smart, get under her good graces and stay there for as long as you can. I love all the negative comments here. Reggie's classes are more like lessons on how the profession really works - if you want your hand held throughout college - good luck....

Although I can understand that Reggie may always be in a hurry, she is there for the students. She goes out of her way to do whatever she can and frequently puts personal time in so the students can participate in photo critiques and contests. She has a great sense of humor and works overtime for her students.
