Honestly, He is a really nice professor. He wants you to learn. Yes, he has some hearing impairment, but he recently got hearing aids so he can hear much better. Easy A in this class. Teaches the material in an easy to understand method. He gives you all the practice problems and quiz/test study guides. Take him for Finite!

Comment:

He stands in front of the board and makes things harder than what it is. Go to youtube and teach yourself or go to the ISL. His voice is pretty boring and doesn't sit towards the board because he blocks what he writes. He's deaf. The exams are exactly like the study guide. Do the graded homework. Gives you credit for trying on the exam.

Incredibly smart preffesor , but has lots of troubles understanding students, due to his hearing impariment. Dr Peele does not know how to post on blackbaord, so you'll recieve most things by him in class or by email. It has been very frustrating being in his class and him not being able to hear.

Work on all practice quizzes and test and you should pass. ISL is also great to use if you don't understand his way of teaching because he do explain the long version versus the easy way. All together the class is easy to pass if you pay attention and use all resources provided. Etc practice quiz, test, touturing

I hate math and am terrible at it but he drew pictures on the board to illustrate concepts which greatly helped. His practice quizzes and tests completely prepare you for the real thing. No surprises. He was very understanding about me being ill from pregnancy and having to reschedule my final because I was giving birth! SPEAK UP LOUD he can't hear

His actual lectures could be tough to understand at times, however if you go to his office he will help you and make it as clear as he possibly can. Also, his practice test are test just like the exam. Plus he gives plenty of examples for each problem, even gives practices quizzes. Know those and you will ace the class.

Had him for Linear Algebra and Number Theory. Dr. Peele is very kind, patient, and really wants his classes to succeed. His classes tend to be dumbed down a bit linguistically to keep struggling students passing. But I found I still learned an awful lot mathematically, just found myself lacking the terminology of the subject later on.

Great professor! We had five quizzes and three tests all which he tells you about. You definitely know before he gives you a test or quiz, no surprises. Also, before you get either a test or quiz he gives you one from previous years to help study.

Took him for Pre-Cal & Cal 1 my freshman year and made As in both with minimal effort. Given I am a math person, but I felt the classes were easy. Although he mumbles, has hearing problems, & messes up some examples, his practice quizzes & tests (which are almost exactly like the real things) make up for it. He is also very nice and helpful.

He is a good teacher for Finite. Sometimes it's hard to understand him and he doesn't speak too clearly all the time, but he presents the material and the tests are super easy. I would recommend professor peele for anyone taking Finite. His tests are so easy. I have a perfect 100! Just double check all of your work and learn it all. Youll be fine!

This class will be hard if you suck at math. He is deaf so he will not hear your questions and even if he does answer his answer will be unclear. However, He is very nice and his grading method is great!! He averages all your grades and that makes it easier to pass but you have to study.Not the best but I hear he's better than most.

Dr. Peele is an excellent choice to consider when looking for a math professor. No surprises on tests. Practice quizzes & tests (separate answer key w/ worked problems) present problems that will be very similar to test. Class notes helpful too. He's helpful. Negatives: he mumbles & looks down at floor talking to class. Handwriting could be better.

Listen, all of you Liberal Arts students that need a math course, Dr. Peele is the professor for you! He teaches in a way that requires you to solve a puzzle, very much like analyzing literature, and if you take him, remember your calculator: you'll need it.

Mumbles , does not introduce what were covering for the day unit or probably while semester. He is hard to follow when he writes on the blackboard. He jumps from problem to problem like a lemur on speed and has some psychological tick were he states at the ground when he talks to the class. Not a bad guy just a bad professor.

Dr.Peele is great!!! He writes down every detail of his lecture on the blackboard. He hands out practice sheet prior the quiz or the test. The test is just like the practice sheet. Even though finite math is easy, you need to study! Then, this class will give you good grade! I got A in this class, and now I am confident in math! Take his class!

DO NOT TAKE HIM! He is horrible at explaining the material. He pulls numbers out of thin air and expects you to know where he got it. He's very hard at hearing and makes mistakes a lot. I do not recommend him at all!
