He's a great teacher! Makes history fun & interesting to learn. The only annoying thing is how he takes forever to pull up the next slide in a PowerPoint and by the time he does that, the notes on the slide are the things he just talked about before switching over LOL. Take good notes/Copy everything in the PowerPoint and you'll pass.

This professor was so sweet, would try and crack corny history jokes that no one would laugh at :( but DOES NOT KNOW WHAT PERSONAL SPACE IS. Sometimes he'll get too into the lecture and when you look up.. boom he's right in your face. All in all such a sweet guy, and an understanding professor. Definitely recommend!

Awesome professor. Mr. Curcio makes history class enjoyable. All of his tests are exactly what you learned in class and you're allowed to use an index card with notes. I can't wait to take another one of his courses.

Professor Curcio is an excellent professor. He really wants his students to succeed and he gives great lectures. Most of his assignments are take home. The very first test of the semester is a take home, and the final exam is in class. Overall, the material is easy to understand, and you should not be lost in class if you have read the chapters.

The class was easy we only had to do 7 Assignments 3 Exams (2 In-Class, 1 Take Home; 15% of the Grade for Each) 3 Quizzes (3 1 Page Papers; 5% each of the grade) & a Paper and Presentation of our choice (25% for BOTH the paper and presentation). You can easily understand his lectures. Would Highly Recommend to anyone taking History!

I L-O-V-E-D this guy. He made it very easy and understanding on what he expected in his class. His notes were clear cut and exactly what he wanted on his test. Plus, he's a really nice guy. Definitely don't be afraid of laughing and joking around, this guy loves theater and hates states like Delaware.

Professor Curcio is bright, with a gift in communicating his material. His delivery can be somewhat mercurial in its volume, yet this does not pose a serious obstacle to personal comprehension or application. He self-identifies as "old-school," and as such, he is unique in a lot of interesting ways. A little distant personally, but still great.

Mr Curcio is a very passionate teacher when it comes to history. He usually allows a cue card cheat sheet for all his test, but he is a really hard grader. Every paper i handed in was never an A. He is extremely critical when it comes to grading papers and essays.

He's a very lecture-heavy teacher. My problem is he is very nit-picky. If history is a subject you don't particularly care for He doesn't do much to relate the curriculum to you or make history interesting.

This teacher does love history but he lectures A Lot. Which is fine for some people but it was extremely hard to focus. I wasn't too crazy about him. At times he didn't always seem clear to me but He also made himself available to his students when he could and allowed a note card on the test so he was okay.

Very passionate about what he teaches. Classes are mostly lectures but if you take notes you'll pass the exams easily. There is a 5-10min. presentation due at the end of the semester but you get to pick the topic so it's not too much of a bore. Lets you use a note card as a cheat sheet for tests. Final is just like the exams. Great professor.

This professor is okay. I'm not a big fan on history and he does not take it easy on you for papers. He nitpicks a lot which isn't my favorite. The highest grade I've gotten has been a B+ and I'm usually a really good student. Explains stuff yes but does not allow good notes to be taken.

Prob the best History class I have had so far (since I am a history major). Great guy and very funny. I wish I could have taken his US. 2 class but I did not need those credits. I recommend him to anyone.

very very nice guy, genuine, very passionate about history. Me myself, not so passionate about it. His class was mostly lectures, I could not concentrate at all.. too much lecture for me!Overall I would reccommend him! He's very nice! never canceled class and always ran on time.
