This course was way too easy for a graduate level course. He i long winded, but the course was somewhat appropriate in terms of content. He hands out a ton of handouts that the student is not required to read! Why? Anyway, graduate school is harder than this class suggests.

Avoid this man if you can at all!!! Lectures on current events instead of homework or clarifying materials. It may be open book, but if you don't understand the material (which he doesn't teach), then it doesn't help at all. Totally SUCKED!

Dr. Fortner does not teach anything relative to the course. He openly admits he does not know the material and does not expect to learn it nor should we so our tests are open book. Beware the tests can be difficult. You will have to figure out for yoursel

TOTAL JERK.Does not help students AT ALL, gives extremely difficult tests and DOES NOT CURVE. He's unresponsive to input and out of touch.Lectures are uninformative.He just reads off the overhead,like any idiot could do.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
