Awesome professor. Took him on as my advisor. Dr. Hardy guided me through my tenure at Mizzou and even helped me with a personal issue at the time. Classes are challenging, but worthwhile. As previously noted...a brilliant teacher who cares.

I also took two upper level Con Law classes and agree with previous posts. Great prep for law school; very interesting even if you don't want to go to law school. He's a great professor and a wonderful guy. Take whatever classes you can with Prof. Hardy.

Such a nice guy you still love him even though the tests are hard. You really have to study to do well but he keeps his lectures interesting by telling fun stories. His tests definatly are difficult but do-able if you are remotely intelligent.
