This professor is great, he knows his stuff and gives easy assignments. He does ramble on sometimes but it's interesting. Easy online exams, small group presentation and a final, he usually is an easy grader. He doesn't take attendance but if you always show up to class he will bump your grade up from a B to A

Dr. Moeller is an amazing professor, I know so many people including myself that have taken multiple classes with him. pay attention in lectures because he will quote himself on the tests. His written exams are very doable, he likes to know his students viewpoints on them. He does talk a lot and does show bias sometimes but be open minded.

Moeller is one of those teachers who is more concerned with being liked, and being your "friend," than he is about being a good teacher, or giving students a good education. His expectations for assignments are NOT clearly stated ANYWHERE, and he is rarely available to his students. Doesnt reply to emails. Doesnt explain or justify grades given.

Moeller's class was very lecture heavy, and I never used the textbook. He said that test questions wouldn't include info that wasn't gone over in class, but there were a few questions that he didn't talk about at all. Regardless, the class was relatively easy. I would take him again!

Lecture heavy, but smart. He is not a tough grader but at least know what you're talking about. Don't bother reading the textbook too heavily, his test questions are 90% from lecture. Participation is favored but he does not grade based on attendance - but be cool. He's very accessible and very willing to meet. No group/big projects.

Opinionated fart. Weird. If you think logically about politics, you don't need to attend but he gets really upset if people skip. "What is democracy?" stupid questions and same jokes over and over again. Lets you out early. Some of the answers to his questions are really his opinions.

Very knowledgable. Tests are essay based and very hard to finish in time. Make sure you have a clear idea of what you want to say in your essays before. There is no time for critical thinking. the tests are challenging but you will find that you really learn the material.

I am not that great at political science courses, but Moeller really made the subject understandable. There is a textbook and he bases his lectures off of it, so if you attend class and read the textbook you should do well on the tests. He has a review day before every test, which makes getting an A on the tests even easier.

He is a pretty good teacher! SUPER German and talks about that a lot, but he tells you what will be on the test, no book ever needed until the end project, but if you are not in class you will not pass.

He's my favorite professor I've had at metro. I've taken his classes multiple times and always enjoy them. As long as you show up and participate, there's no reason why you shouldn't pass. Also, we spend a lot of time talking about movies as a class.

Dr. Moeller is a funny guy, he made class enjoyable. He does have political bias which can get annoying. His exams are not easy in the sense of doing them. The subject matter on the exams are easy, but they are essay exams. Get ready to WRITE a minimum of 8 pages for his exams!!!! Overall a fun class.

Dr. Moeller's a good guy, and for the most part, a great prof. His lectures can get off topic sometimes, but he always keeps them interesting and entertaining. The only issue are his tests. While he prepares you well, it feels like a race against the clock to answer all the questions. Overall, though, I would recommend him!

If you're taking this class and it pertains to your major, I do not suggest taking this course with him. My class had a lot of older and higher division students who directed discussions. Those of us who are taking this as our first PSC class were totally lost and Moeller never tried to control that. Take this course with someone who cares.

Great teacher to learn from. Test are off of his notes and the book is a good term reference but not usually on the test. Great lectures but more like discussions. A lot of class involvement

The guy is funny, knowledgeable, and makes things interesting. Yes, it's all lecture, but it's interesting. And what else is class supposed to be? He tells you EXACTLY what's on the exams. It's all essay-green book style but you have a lot of material you can pull from. It was my favorite class this semester!

Teacher lectures nonstop and doesn't stay on topic. His grading is a joke. There are no parameters and he tries to be your friend instead of prof. Doesn't remember a single student and doesn't try. Feels as if he's there for a paycheck.
