As far as I know he's retired, but anyways this class was a challenge. The tests come from the notes and from readings he assigns. Believe me, its hard but fair, so if you put work into the class your will do ok. Most people can't handle the material, and those who can are the ones who end up in med school

The ABSOLUTLY worst teacher I have ever had. I have a 3.8 GPA and I have a 61% in his class. Do not take him. You will regret this decision. DO everything you possibly can to avoid him at all costs. Nothing in his notes is on his exams.

He is a nice man and very intellegent however if you're in a program where your GPA depends on a good grade.... DON'T TAKE HIM!!! He only uses tests to grade his class..and the over all average was a 68% on the one test. He says his tests are 80% notes and 20% book and that is a bunch of crap.... take gegorick or vagula if you can.

Schauer and Gregorek are the two teachers everyone that plans on going to med school should take. If you dont do good in their classes you will not be able to handle med school. Its a good preview since they teach the same material and possibly better than med school teachers. Try it out, see if you can make it. A's in their classes means A in MD

Took him for 4 classes at Gannon. If any of you are planning on attending a professional school like med/dent/pharm it is really necessary to take him. Most of the reviews are written by people that have no chance to go to any of these schools, but people that would like to succeed in their life need to take him. Do your work, its not that hard!!!!

h-a-r-d. notes are not very organized and he writes them ALL out. get distracted because he uses the words "essentially" and "for practical purposes" over and over again! biology is not his area of study.

This man is a terrible professor. He is too old and probably should retire. He flys through the notes, usually going well beyond the class time. It does not make any sense the way he teaches. Do not take this professor, anyone that gives him a positive review is a moron.

Mol/Cell Bio - Worst teacher ever. Notes are never organized, he talks very quietly, never gives straight answers, not clear in lecture, tells you that the test is 80% from the notes and 20% from the book, which is bull. His tests always have things you've never heard of or seen before. Jumps around a lot, which makes me crazy.

His notes are very unorganized, which drives me crazy. He doesn't follow the book at all, and doesn't always teach you everything in the book, so you don't know what he expects you to know and what he doesnt expect you to know. His tests are hard, and you need to study more than the night before the test in order to pass.
