Likes to talk but if you read before every class, he follows the outline of the book. He is extremely knowledgable and can be interesting.

Had Prof. Sinapi for Civil Rights & Liberties at night. A decent instructor who was fairly animated in his delivery. 2 exams, with one being a take-home final. Class can be tough to sit through at times, but overall would reccomend him

Took him as a night class. It was his first semester so he kind of strongarmed us into giving him a good eval. He's an ACLU liberal, dyed in the wool. You can disagree with him, and correct his mistakes which he occassionally makes as long as you are cohereant, support yourself well, and are confident. He's a trial attorney, so he enjoys the banter to a degree, just don't push it too far. Pick your battles. The tests are good, but really long. The final is take home!

Ugh, I am so glad I took 251 with another professor. He talks for hours non-stop, definitely is on a power trip, and really doesn't involve students in discussion. Take Camara instead!

Class is extremely long to sit through. Attendance is manadory, he will even take off points if you don't attend. Will take of a 1/2 point if you don't have an answer upon being called on. Cool guy though, and fairly easier grader on tests. Only mid term and final, optional 10 page paper.

In Bryant terms, this guy is the Ken Sousa of the Legal Studies Department. Sharp, witty lectures, tough assignments, but when you're through, you'll find out you have learned a TON in his class!

Talks forever - Always lets us out late. But on tests he is an easy grader and he is somewhat entertaining to watch
