Whitaker knows exactly what he is talking about. I wish I had more like him, if students paid attention, they might realize that they are learning something valuable, that they are being challenged, instead of having a professor who slacks off and never teaches. I have had him for a few semesters now, and I think he is wonderful.

What a waste of time, over half the class dropped it and a clas of 30 was down to 8...he's enthusiastic and knows his stuff but his attitude and personality are clean signs that he should have retired years ago.

Haha, he does talk about Egypt a lot, true. I think it was definitely difficult to figure out how to get an A from him -- you had to touch of something exactly how he wanted it. But I never got a C from him. His assignments are pretty straight forward. Just do the work. I'd recommend participating in class and acting aware which is something I never did.

Probably one of the worst professors I've had during my college career. Not very fair with his grading, and gives rediculous quizzes. If you're looking to get a real good grade in a class...don't take an upper level with him.
