Funny old man. I loved the guy and he didn't even know my name. Great workouts, fun class. The syllabus says he'll take attendance, but he doesn't. I missed about 5 days and still got an A. Good class!

He may scare you at first with all of his yelling but that is just to motivate you and show he cares. The man is a big softy once you get to know him. Take his footwork and agility class if your looking for a good work out.

His class was the funnest I've ever taken! I really appreciate his enthusiasm and passion. He's a little sarcastic at times but the other stuff makes it easy to overlook. His class had alot of structure as well.
