She is one of the best professors i have ever had. As someone who does not like math she made me love calc. You have to put in effort to get a good grade but her reviews are the same as the exam so that helps. She gives plenty of extra credit. She really cares and wants everyone to do well. Just put in the effort and you'll do well

She's fast with going through material, but she's opened to questions in class and outside of class. She will do her best to make it clear to you and won't ignore you. She gives a lot of extra credit which involves being at the math center but it really helps! Her notes are spot on but for more help read the book and do practice problems.

I'm not a math person but this class was insanely easy. Prof. gives a lot of opportunities to earn extra credit and her tests were from the review sheet. If you don't study, you'll be lost but she's willing to help no matter what. She makes jokes and keeps the class engaged and is willing to push back tests in order to review more. Great professor

Rita was a great prof for calc 1. She loves teaching and she loves when her students are thinking and learned. She drills in class with lots of problems but it is so helpful. She is always available for extra help if needed and if you care about the class, she'll care about you. Use all the extra credit to your advantage! Rita is queen.

She gives a lot of homework but also gives a lot of extra credit. The first half of the class i was failing but then I started going to the review sessions with her and I ended up with an A in the class. She will help you if you ask and show that you want to pass.

Honestly her class is easy. Her reviews are the test and if you don't attempt to do it, well good luck to you. She gives you so much extra credit by just going to the tutoring center and completing the review. You can't complain. I don't see why students struggle in her class. She gives a lot of homework problems but it's for your own benefit.

Professor Levine could be a great professor, but an entire class could fail her exam and she does't care. If you have questions in class you have to ask your classmates otherwise she gets frustrated and won't help you at all. I wound up having to retake the course with a much better professor and getting an A. Go figure!

Horrible. She expects students to teach the class and if you have a question, she tells you to ask your "friend" aka classmate. People get 0's on her exams and she could careless. Homework everyday. If you are not good at math, take someone else!!!

She checks homework and attendance. Homework is not overwhelming. There's so much extra credit to utilize. I received an average of 8-10 points extra credit on an exam of 100 points. The exams are 10-12 problems and straight from the review sheet she hands out 2 weeks prior. Class average was about an 80 for every exam. Easy going personality.

she has potential to be a good teacher if she only cared about teaching. DO NOT TAKE IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT MATH. She asks the students if anyone knows the topic and they have to teach the class. She has preferred students in class and they get extra credit on their exams.

If your ARENT already good at math DO NO TAKE.She is such a great person and cares about her students but CANNOT TEACH. My class started out with 26 then by the end of it only 10 which only 4 passed. Those kids who passed actually knew the material well before her. She never emails back,I went to every class and studied but withdrew.AVOID

Professor Levine is a great professor. I had her for calc and precalc, and got A- both times. She gives points for going to the tutor. she gives TONS of ec.i failed the first two calc tests, but she replaces any failing grade with your final.Only thing i would say is she's way better at PM classes.. 930 AM she's not as energetic (understandable)

Not a very good profesor if she does not like you.There were a few students in my class that were on her good side and would run the class. Whatever we did was up to them.Her office hours were for the students she liked and they would help her make the test.If I had a question i was told to ask someone in the class.Overall a bad professor

She is an excellent professor! Enthusiatic about the class. She even has her funny moments. Her tests are not too bad as long as you study and do the review sheets. the review packets help a lot! She is always offering her help and gives plenty of opportunity for extra credit. I HIGHLY recommend her! This is my second class with her, she's great!
