Rob's lectures are boring. I'm not talking about regular boring. I mean I would count the seconds until I was out of there. In his Humanities class He has a 9 page paper that you /can/ shrink down with "Activity Forms" which I three pages long and each one only takes off .5 of a page. You have to post 65 times on his discussion boards. Don't do it.

Comment:

Rob is one of the best instructors on RLC's campus. Not only did I take MORE than enough classes, but I actually learned in all 7! Seriously, those who do not do well in his classes must be simple, because he isn't that difficult. I HIGHLY recommend his classes for anyone who isn't afraid of doing homework.

Rob is very eccentric and intelligent guy. You need to attend his class, I didn't and suffered the consequences. He's helpful in your writing process as well, and no matter how busy he is (HLC stuff + teaching) he'll make time for you if you need it. I highly recommend him, just don't shirk his class!

He gave too many assignments each week and I was constantly playing catch up. He did allow us to re-do papers for a better grade however, I never had the time to finish the first assignments. He really needs to consider the fact that we all have other classes and jobs and that our lives are not strictly focused on his class.

He is a good teacher and I like his humor. He is more than willing to help and he is thorough in his explanations and you will be fine if you take notes. His due dates are a little stressful for me but overall he is good.

Rob Litte is an overall great teacher. I would recommend him to anyone. I had him last year for eng 1102 and I made a high B in the class. He knows his stuff about English and if you do the work, he will help you out a lot. just do the work and don't be a slacker and you'll do fine!
