Comment:

Though sometimes difficult to interpret, D Al is one of Baldwin's hidden treasures. I learned more about life than I did course material, sure, but he teaches what he believes is worth your time. Though at times you may feel like you've learned nothing, looking back I realized the incredible amount of information he taught in unconventional ways.

Dr. Allen's class was by far the best I took at MBC. Not that I learned a lot, but he is a ridiculously fun, eccentric, and flat-out crazy old man. I know more about his first kiss then about rock music, but that's fine. His wife is also awesome.

Hated this class. Dr. Allen is not reasonable at all. He is very unorganized and just down right outrageous. It's past time for the man to retire. I wouldn't recommend any of his class if you want to graduate with a decent GPA. Avoid any music classes with Robert Allen at all cost!
