This is the Audiology instructor! A very dry sense of humor so pay attention or you'll miss it. Take plenty of notes and you will pass his tests. The book is not necessary so save your money. Tests are on the material presented in class only. He does try to keep it interesting. Wish he would look at you when he talks to you. Very approachable.

he's a tremendous teacher. Very likable, funny, intelligent, and the class seems to really like him alot. I wish he taught SLP courses but he is a hearing scientist. Great teacher. best in the department

I like him, but I think he feels that the CDS students have no interest in hearing science so he doesn't put forth much effort. I can honestly say that I only remember 2 things (and I did quite well in his class test-wise). The bernouli effect and s/n ratio. SO at least I pay attention to what I listen to.

Davis is the best professor in the whole department. He is the only one that doesn't treat you like a nothing. He has respect for his students and wants to see them succeed. He is laid back and so are his classes.
