Donohue's hilarious and one of the best professors I've had. With that said, he is hands down the HARDEST professor I have had. His exams are incredibly difficult, he lectures the entire class time with no break, and has no videos or supporting materials. His class does NOT accommodate a variety of learning styles. Study hard or be prepared to fail

Comment:

Easily the best professor I've ever had on campus. He is hilarious and really knows his stuff.. He uses a lot of personal anecdotes to get you to remember the material. You will fail his tests if you don't pay attention in class, but as long as you take good notes you should be fine. He's extremely helpful and really does want you to pass!!

Dononhue is a smart, funny professor. His tests are easy as long as you know everything on the learning objectives which he gives you. You only need the book for the weekly writing assignments (older additions of the text are acceptable)

one of the best teachers i've ever had, really nice will explain things until the class understands, extremely funny, HAVE to study for tests because they are hard and take a long time to complete, make sure to read the book and go to class for explanations, cannot wait to take more classes with him

One of my favorite teachers. I would take more classes with him if they were open. I really enjoyed Cognitive with him. He has an amazing command of the material and lots of visual aids. You need to study a lot for his class but it is well worth it.

This guy doesn't seem bad in class, but his tests are INSANE and really hard even if you study a lot. VERY tough grader on essays on exams. I would not take another one of his classes, EVER, and I love psych. classes.

Dr. Donohue is an intelligent professor who cares about his students and their course progress. He is always available and willing to give extra help. His tests require studying (but that's what tests are for). His dry sense of humor keeps class entertaining, but you'll still learn a lot. One drawback-takes a long time to hand things back.

This man is brilliant, and one of the only professors at FSC to actually present a challenge. He is extremely structured, organized, fair, and open to class discussion. His class is a lot of work, but it is all worthwhile, he will never give you busy work, or anything not directly related to the subject. Overall, an awesome teacher!
