I think it's a sad class for any MBA program (I was in the technical track). The professor just doesn't care about his students. Don't try to contact him after class, he has no time for you. The only thing you need for an A is score 94/100 on the final. I scored 91 and got A-. The only good thing is that the material is interesting.

This guy's awesome, one of the top professors I have had at Cornell. Though you have to be decently interested in fixed income to be excited for his class. He may not be the most engaging and exciting professors out there, but he is crystal clear in his explanations and is extremely helpful in and out of classes. He's got amazing credentials too.
